Brand Acuvue, Airsoft, Air Optix, Alcon,  Bausch & Lomb, Biofinity, Biomedics, Clariti, Dailies, Freshkon, Freshlook, Miacare take 5~10 business days to process. Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.

• Exchange 

1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
