Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.

1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
