• Sweety lenses are available in blister packaging where each lens of the pair is soaked in isotonic buffered solution. Transfer your lenses from the blisters to lens case and let it stay soaked in multipurpose lens solution for min 6 hours prior to wearing it the first time.
• The lenses are available in mix prescription. If you have different vision correction needs for both the eyes, please select one power from the drop down menu and select the other by typing in manually.

Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.

• Exchange 

1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

• Return

1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
