  1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

  1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
  2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
  3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
