RX Verification
In compliance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Law (FCLCA) and Rules for USA and Korea customers, we are required to verify your contact lens prescription.
We provide 2 easy methods of providing your contact lens prescription during your checkout process. You can choose to
1. upload your prescription slip
2. manually key in your prescription
If you do not have a prescription slip with you at the time of ordering, you can choose to provide the prescription later but not more than 7 days.
How Does The Process Work?
First, you provide prescription information to us, then we will submit it to your prescriber for verification.
Your prescriber has eight-business-hours to respond. If the prescriber does not respond within the required time, the prescription is verified automatically, and we may provide contact lenses to you.
