• Sweety Colorful Rio grey come packaged in blisters where each lens floats in isotonic buffered solution. Please convert the lenses into lens cases filled with contact lens disinfectant (multi-purpose solution) for at least 6 hours or overnight prior to the first wear.
• The box contains information about the manufacturing date, expiry and origin.

1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
