Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may only be submitted before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
- Once an order has been shipped, eligible contact lenses may be returned at the buyer’s expense. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- All returned products must be in their original, unused, unopened and factory-sealed condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed contact lenses cannot be returned.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted by email within 14 calendar days from the date the package was delivered.
- Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing the product description and specifications carefully. Please contact us before ordering should you require further information or assistance in selecting a suitable product.
Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and provide clear photographs of the item received.
Once the issue has been verified, we will send a replacement using the original shipping method at no additional cost.
Should the original item be out of stock, you may choose either:
- A replacement item of the same value; or
- A refund for the affected item.
