Note:

• Sweety contact lenses come packaged in individual blisters. They are soaked in saline buffered solution. Do not forget to convert them in the lens cases submerged in multipurpose solution before the first wear.
• Keep your lenses soaked overnight or minimum 6 hours before you first wear your contacts.
• Always replace your lens cases every 3 months or sterilize them by boling. Never let water drops come in contact with your lenses.

All contacts are manufactured under strict procedures by ISO 13485 & CE, approved by KFDA/ NMPA.

Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.

• Exchange 

1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

• Return

1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
